Johnny Dehler (CEO/Owner)
Johnny Dehler, the CEO and Owner of Moxie Management, holds degrees in Business Management and Philosophy. With a diverse background that includes teaching English as a second language and working at Cold Stone Creamery, Johnny brings a unique perspective to his leadership. His journey is driven by the belief that the reward comes after mastering a skill—whether it’s through his baseball career, language learning, or other hobbies like rock climbing, guitar, and shorthand writing. Akshat Bikram Shah (Account Manager)
Akshat Bikram Shah has always been passionate about entrepreneurship, drawing inspiration from his family’s business from a young age. After completing his MBA, he launched his restaurant at a young age and took on the role of Operations Manager at Amazon. Over a year ago, he joined Moxie, driven by the desire to gain control over his time and financial freedom.
Even after joining Moxie, Akshat continues to manage his restaurant, overseeing a capable team that allows him to balance both ventures without investing countless hours in day-to-day operations. This experience has enabled him to apply his MBA practically, and he appreciates that his role at Moxie lets him mentor others while valuing the importance of time. A passionate cook, ping pong enthusiast, and lifelong cricket player, Akshat’s ultimate motivation is to retire his parents and build businesses that generate passive income.

Brian Tran (Account Manager)
As someone who thrives being around a team oriented environment, I found myself not finding the growth I was seeking being behind a computer all day. With a Computer Science degree, it allowed me to acquire skillsets and experience, but I knew those jobs were not where i belonged. What separates this opportunity from others is how it provided me self development, personal growth, and the refinement of myself that i yearned for. Being surrounded by like minded individuals who are passionate about their success allowed me to flourish. Not only did I find growth but it solidified my belief that seeing others’ success is more satisfying than seeing my own. I will forever be in debt to my parent’s journey from Vietnam to America. Until the day I provide them with everything and more, the job is never done. The quote that is embedded on my beliefs is, “They say Sky’s the limit, but people are walking on the Moon.”
Declan Flynn (Account Manager)
Declan Flynn has gained valuable experience across manufacturing, camp counseling, and automotive sales, where he developed strong problem-solving and communication skills. What he enjoys most about his current role is the collaborative atmosphere, where everyone is dedicated to helping each other grow and reach their full potential. A passionate car enthusiast, Declan has a particular love for vehicles with manual transmissions and spends much of his free time immersed in car culture. He’s also a devoted fan of live music, finding energy and motivation through concerts. Declan lives by the words of Dale Earnhardt: “You win some, lose some, and wreck some…”
Muhua Wu (Account Manager)
Muhua has built a strong work background, with experience at Shaws, Pet Supplies, and Papa Gino’s. She is passionate about fashion and dreams of opening a fashion school for the underprivileged in the future. Muhua sees her role at Moxie Management as an opportunity to gain the financial freedom needed to achieve this goal. She loves that her job doesn’t feel like work, allowing her to enjoy both personal and professional growth. Jake Vargas (Head Recruiter)
Jake Vargas is a dynamic professional with a solid foundation in both direct sales and recruiting, boasting 1 year in sales and 3 years in recruitment. A graduate of Farmingdale State College with a Bachelor’s in Business Management, Jake finds fulfillment in the relationships he builds within his team. He believes that a strong team can turn even the most demanding job into an exciting adventure. Driven by his passion for travel, Jake is committed to excelling in his role, knowing that hard work is the key to funding his global adventures. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying a game of volleyball or pickleball, or cozied up at home on rainy days with his cat and a favorite comic book. Akshita Shah is currently pursuing a degree in International Studies and Management, driven by her passion for social impact. With a long-term goal of founding her own international non-governmental organization (INGO), she aims to work toward improving the lives of women and children around the world. Akshita thrives as a learner and enjoys listening to different perspectives, believing in the power of empathy and understanding. Guided by a commitment to meaningful change, she is preparing herself to make a difference in the global community.
